- Take a hands-on approach in the development of the company's core products due to the initial scarcity of engineering personnel, contributing significantly to both the architecture and implementation of our solutions leading the design and development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for Career 180, successfully launching a comprehensive platform that facilitates live sessions and courses aimed at professional qualification and growth.
- Undertook a pivotal role in the redevelopment of the Freelance Yard website (a sister company of Career 180).
- Strategically hired and led a dedicated development team for Freelance Yard, orchestrating a major revamp of the project. This move was instrumental in redefining the platform’s offerings and user experience, thereby accelerating growth and engagement within the freelance community.

As the Chief Technology Officer at Platform One, a trailblazing B2B marketplace in the pharmaceutical industry that bridges the gap between suppliers and pharmacies, I was instrumental in the initial development and subsequent enhancement of the platform's Minimum Viable Product (MVP). My leadership was characterized by significant contributions to technology strategy, innovative development, and team management throughout my tenure.
Key Achievements and Responsibilities:
- MVP Development and Enhancement: I spearheaded the comprehensive development of the MVP, overseeing its successful launch as a scalable and robust platform tailored to the pharmaceutical industry's needs. The platform was continuously refined with new features and functionalities to bolster user experience and operational efficiency.
- Innovative Feature Development: I led the creation of several critical features for the platform, markedly enhancing the interaction between suppliers and pharmacies. This initiative was pivotal in boosting user engagement and transaction volume.

This impactful journey at Platform One culminated in a strategic acquisition by Aumet Inc. at the end of 2021, marking a significant milestone in the company's trajectory and validating the value and impact of our technological advancements in the pharmaceutical marketplace.
After the acquisition of Platform in 2021, I have joined the Engineering team of Aumet Inc. for 5 months, I have helped in the development of few features also in the first phase of hiring and onboarding of more software engineers for the company in Egypt.
